JOB ROLE
- Responsible for meeting monthly business volumes and month end budgets
- Responsible for fee income generation
- Achieve cross sell targets, if any
- Ensure KYC compliance
- Follow up with customers for timely payment of interest and principal
- Responsible for safe keeping of gold
- Assist in gold valuation and execution of documents/registers
- Responsible for credit appraisal of loans
- Assist IAD/FCU/Third Party audit teams and provide required support
- Cater to walk-in customers, address and resolve queries
- Provide remedial tools for loan closure (Foreclosure, settlements etc)
- Conduct marketing campaigns as and when required
- Responsible for data entry in system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance
- Proficient in local language and comfortable with English(spoken and written)
